A Twitter user has shared photos detailing his body transformation and people are impressed.
The young man went from having no abs to 6-pack abs in just 8 months.
He went on to share his routine for curious Twitter users, writing: “I didn’t change my diet, I just eat less in terms of quantity. I play football twice a week. Gym for 45 minutes 3 times a week. I always close with core/abs work. A a lot of plans, sit ups, v-ups. For actual gym, I’m in a class with instructors.”
He added: “We do a lot of squats. Chest, back, full body workouts. A lot of rows and lower back exercises”
